I have been an RMT with MTAS for over 13 years, obtaining my diploma from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in Regina. I work with all types of clients including athletes, children, prenatal patients, and strive to assist them in achieving their wellness goals. I am a Labour Delivery Support Therapist and have worked with clients supporting them during their labours. I have taught Labour and Delivery workshops for individuals, couples, and groups. I am passionate about making pregnancy and birth as pain free and comfortable as possible with the understanding that some things can not be avoided and just supported.
